Terms of Service

Welcome to ARQSA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARQSA website, application, and services (“Services”). By using ARQSA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who May Use ARQSA

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use ARQSA. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to use ARQSA only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not post, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Content you submit (business info, logos, images, etc.) remains yours, but by uploading it, you grant ARQSA a licence to use, display, and promote it on the platform.
  • All ARQSA platform content (design, branding, code) is protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission.

4. Platform Use & Listings

  • ARQSA is an information and discovery platform. We do not guarantee or endorse any particular service provider or business listed.
  • All business relationships and transactions are solely between users and service providers.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Some ARQSA features are free. Paid listings, memberships, or promotional packages will be clearly described and billed as per our published rates.
  • If a business does not pay their monthly subscription fee, ARQSA will send a friendly reminder to the business. If payment is not received within 14 days after this reminder, the business’s products and listings will be removed from the platform until payment is received.
  • All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see relevant page for details).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy and uptime, but ARQSA is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from use of our Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ARQSA means you accept any updated Terms.
